Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not offer refunds. Our products are intellectually consumable in nature and cannot be returned, therefore cannot be refunded.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific class.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards either. All sales are final.

Fraud Protection

We have enrolled in Fraud Protection to protect us and you. We operate in good faith to help those suffering to actively improve their lives. If you seek to act in a fraudulent manner, you will be prosecuted. We must protect our company so we may continue to serve others and people can find the help they need when they need it most.

All classes or sessions suspected of being fraudulently booked will be investigated with the resources, protocols, and partnerships of our third-party Fraud Protection provider. If the buyer is found guilty of fraud, the buyer will be prosecuted accordingly.
